What is your shipping time? TOP
Currently our shipping time is 3-4 days from date of purchase.
This does not include shipping time. Please be sure to check email after you order to make sure we have not tried to contact you for any information. The sooner you get back to us the sooner we can get your items out.
Holiday shipping can vary so be sure to get your gift order in early. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed.
If for any reason your item is no longer in stock or delayed we will contact you as soon as possible.
What type of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept secure online payments through paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account. You can simply enter your credit card information into the secure site. Can you be reached by telephone? TOP
We are a small company and get many inquiries making it impossible to take telephone calls. Our website is loaded with tons of information as well as each product has information on each listing. We would be happy for you to contact us via email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. What are your products personalized with and will they last a long time? TOP
Our products are personalized with a high quality vinyl cut by us. We use a high quality outdoor vinyl made to withstand outdoor elements and with normal use and hand washing on all of our items they will last a very long time. You can use water and a small amount of soap to clean. Don't scrub or use harsh abrasives. Do you ship Internationally? TOP
At this time we only ship within the United States. How do I order a monogram? TOP
It is best to give us your full name so we can place the initials in the correct order.
Traditional Monogram:
First name initial, last name initial, middle or maiden name initial
Couple Monogram:
His initial, last name initial, her initial What is your "error policy"? TOP
All of our products are custom designed, and we do not accept returns. However, if there was an error made on our part, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error as soon as possible and expedite shipment. Please review your order carefully, and if there are any issues, please contact us via email within 3 business days of receipt. What is your refund & cancellation policy? TOP
All items are custom made therefore no returns or exchanges. Keep in mind all orders are cutom made and can vary slightly from item to item.
Please be confident before you make your purchase and make sure your monograms are placed correctly. If you make a mistake the item is yours to keep. Always email us if you have any questions.
You can make changes or cancel an order only if production has not yet started on your item.
Do you charge sales tax? TOP
If you live in Georgia we have to charge sales tax.
If you live in any other state than Georgia no sales tax will be added. My question is not listed here? TOP
